Overview

Customer reviews hold the truth about your products — but reading thousands of them by hand is impossible. Review Sentiment Dashboard reads them for you. Point it at a CSV export from your store, and every review is classified by overall sentiment (positive, negative, or neutral) and by the topics it raises — shipping, quality, price, support, and more — using Claude. The results become a live dashboard: an at-a-glance sentiment breakdown, a negative-rate ranking that shows which topics are hurting you most, and a prioritized "needs attention" queue of your most confident negative reviews. It runs entirely on your own infrastructure with your own Anthropic API key, so your customer data never leaves your control and there are no per-seat fees.
