Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of digital products offered by Orrex OÜ ("we", "us"), a private limited company registered in Estonia (registry code 17511265). By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

We sell digital goods only: software licenses and time-limited platform access rights. There is no physical shipment. Each product page states whether the license is perpetual or valid for a fixed period.

2. Orders and pricing

Prices are shown on each product page in the currency you select and are payable in full at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Applicable taxes are determined at checkout based on your location.

3. Delivery

Digital goods are delivered electronically and immediately after payment is confirmed: license keys and access credentials are shown on the order confirmation page and in your account. See our Delivery & Refund Policy for details.

4. Licenses and access

• Software licenses are granted for your own use as described on the product page.
• Time-limited access rights expire on the stated date; to continue you purchase again.
• You may not resell, sublicense, or share keys unless expressly permitted.
• We may revoke a license for breach of these Terms or fraudulent payment.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the products or attempt to circumvent license or access controls. Access verification is provided via our entitlement API.

6. Liability

The products are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply.
