Delivery & Refund Policy

Delivery

All products are digital and delivered electronically. Immediately after your payment is confirmed, your license key and/or platform access credentials are displayed on the confirmation page and available in your account. A confirmation is also associated with the email you provide. Delivery is typically instant; if a payment is still clearing, access appears as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

Because we supply digital content that is made available immediately, you expressly consent at checkout to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for that content once delivery has begun, in line with EU consumer law.

Refunds

  • If a product is faulty, cannot be delivered, or the access does not work as described, contact us and we will fix the issue or provide a refund.
  • Duplicate or accidental purchases: contact us promptly and, provided the key/access has not been used, we will refund.
  • Because keys and access are delivered instantly, we are generally unable to refund a used or redeemed license outside the cases above.

How to request

Email admin@orrex.ee with your order number (shown on your invoice/receipt). We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we can usually resolve issues faster directly.
